When will my order ship?
Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
What 2 Day Shipping Method Do you use?
We consider USPS Priority Mail to be 2 day Shipping. In most cases the USPS will deliver packages within this time from our location. In some cases an additional day or two is required. Please take this into consideration when ordering as we do not have any control over the Postal Service or their employees.
Do you offer international rates?
Yes! We use USPS real time rates to calculate the shipping cost for our International customers.
Do you offer other shipping methods? We do offer UPS as an alternate shipping method. Rates vary depending on location and are automatically calculated when you choose that option.
Why can't I see my tracking information?
Your order may have been shipped via UPS Mail Innovations.
What is UPS Mail Innovations?
UPS Mail Innovations is a joint venture between UPS and the USPS where packages are picked up from us by UPS and delivered to you by the USPS. UPS Mail Innovations shipments are first picked up at our fulfillment center by UPS. The package is then handed off to your local USPS hub where they sort and process the package. The USPS will then deliver the package directly to your shipping address, or to your P.O. Box (if available). Please note, once your package is picked up by UPS there is approximately a 24-48 hour window where tracking is not available, after your package is delivered to the USPS that there may be a lapse in tracking information. If the tracking information for your package is unavailable or has not been updated recently, please rest assured that your item should still arrive within the time frame listed at checkout. Below are the normal delivery time frames for in-stock items:
Standard Service Delivery in 4-9 business days You are able to check the progress of your shipment through the UPS website and then the USPS website during final delivery.
Please note: Some items have additional processing time. If your UPS-MI shipment has not arrived within the normal delivery timeframe, please contact us and make sure to include the following information: •Order number •Items not received
We offer free returns within 7 days for our US customers. Returns must be in unopened and new condition to receive full credit. International customers may return any item within 14 days, however the items must be unopened and in new condition. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs and return shipping costs. Please contact us at helpdesk@megacalendars.com for a return authorization.
