Should an error occur with your order, please return the incorrect product for a replacement. To return your item we require you to first contact us by calling 407 422 4700 for a return shipping and postage label. This will allow us to re-ship the correct product at our expense.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept any items (minus shipping and handling fees originally paid on your order) back providing it is in a saleable condition, within 30 days of the original invoice date.

We will not reimburse you for mailing this item back.

We ask that returned products be in a "like new" condition. All items returned MUST be sealed in its original packing & protective film. We regret that we are unable to accept any calendar or poster back that have been opened unless there is a printing defect within the calendar. If there is a defect with the product we will willingly exchange it for the same item.

Calendar Images
It is possible during the calendar season that some publishers may change the front cover of certain calendars at their discretion. We will endeavor to make sure that our web site is always the most currant image available to us. This situation is very rare and we normally find that only two to three covers are changed during the calendar season.

Wholesale Customers
To keep our wholesale prices as low as possible, all wholesale orders are sold on a non-returnable basis. Shipping rates are quoted after the order is placed, the standard shipping method is via UPS Ground. Any damages must be reported to both the carrier and Megacalendars.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation of Pre-orders
If you place a pre-order for any item before the official release date, your order will be kept on file and shipped when the title(s) have been released. It is your responsibility to cancel any pre-order if your needs change before the title(s) is released. Any pre-orders shipped that you want to return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
